I doubt anyone does care about Skylanders here, apart from maybe buying it for a kid, nephew, younger brother etc.  I thought it was interesting because it is another possible example of Nintendo failing in third party relations.


I don't think Skylanders is the ripest example for third-party failure on Nintendo's end though. They still aggressively co-market it with Activision.

It's not an accident that Skylanders sells best on both last and next Wii platforms.

Well in regards the toys there is no one console they sell on, you can get the game for any system for 30euros or so but the toys come in from 9-18euros each and are cross platform so you'd have to know the average collection of toys which each console user would have to know which console made activision the most money from it.
