Nah. There were always rumors about that because of his muscle mass fluctuating, his hair style changing, etc. But it was always the same guy.
There have been some funny Warrior ripoffs, though, like WCW's Renegade (who's also dead now) and this shameless motherfucker (they even use a picture of the actual Ultimate Warrior!):
