Games are often a bit more expensive than I'd like, but not outrageously so. I'd prefer if prices started lower ($50 standard for Retail Console games instead of $60 for example) even if we had less frequent price drops and short sales (aka Steam sales and the like), but the latter make it feasible to expand one's horizons, so there's pros and cons.

The only prices as of late that have really bothered me lately are some mobile game prices (mostly from Square Enix) and the upcoming Age of Mythology HD ($30 for a game over a decade old with minimal changes?!?!?).

On the flip side, I have to say kudos to Atlus for their 3DS eShop sales, which have been drastic and frequent. Also, Nintendo deserves some credit for pricing Tropical Freeze at a reasonable $50 and actually cutting the official price of some 3DS titles.
