Because charging 60$ for a port of a ps3 game to ps4 without using any of its extra power would be robbery.
Its not like its a remake of an old game, its a port of a game from a previous platform that can be upgraded because the PS4 > PS3 (power, performance)
Edit: It literally requires about 4 seconds of thought.
Its pretty damn obvious.
