Do we know how much of the development Namco are actually doing? Are they responsible for the graphics?

What else would they be responsible for? Controls, gameplay and soundtracks are well established, that only leaves more required manpower for graphics.

Fair point. Looking back over their catalogue, they don't seem to be a dev associated with high end graphics.
