Xbox One will surpass both eventually but neither this year. Even if X1 baseline is higher than it was before and was say 80k a week, it would take about 24 weeks to overtake Wii U if the Wii U sold zero units. Obviously there are some things that are going to or could happen, like an official worldwide price cut and launching in tier two territories, but the fact that Wii U has MK8, Smash and Hyrule Warriors should keep it ahead of X1 for this year.

So, I would expect X1 to make small gains on Wii U and Vita until the holidays where it will massively cut down the gap but not quite enough to overtake either until 2015.

Except no wiiu exclusive has has any big effect on hardware to expect much out of MK8, Smash and Hyruleis is really wishfull thinking.  Whiel TF has proven to move some units that and a price cut, but even a cut didnt help wiiu much.  Lets no forrget Watch Dogs Destiny ACUnity and plenty other 3rd party games are coming to X1 and not wiiu and will likely help out the X1 sales casue.

To many on here forget or discredit just how utterly important 3rd party games are to console sales.  X1 has them wiiu does not.

Pikmin 3 doubled hardware sales in Japan and caused a 79% increase in hardware sales in the US.  Windwaker HD led to a 685% in hardware sales in the UK.  Neither are as big as Mario Kart, and it may be a short term boost but Wii U hardware will see significant increase for a few weeks when that game launches.  And like I said, at it's current rate, Xbox One will take until late in the year to surpass Wii U even if Nintendo's system sells nothing.

And yes, third party support is important, and is one of the main reasons that X1 will undoubtedly overtake Wii U, but in my opinion not this year.  Also, while there are plenty of other third party games coming, out of the ones you mentuoned neither Watch Dogs or Destiny will give any kind of sizeable boost to X1 sales given that Sony has exclusive marketing deals, betas and bundles with those IPs.
