Nope, it would put it a lot behind wii u in the same period and the gap would be much bigger than it is now.

Wii U after 45 weeks in Japan: 1.09 million

PS4 after 45 weeks if it only doubles the sales it has up to now in that period: ~1 million

At least check your numbers before posting, if you did maybe you wouldn't be wrong all the time.
