Did you and spurge read what I was responding to? He was using DQX to justify his point of view that FF14 isn't going to do well on PS4. I just said the FF MMOs have a stronger following. That's all.

Unlike DQX, FF14 will have a free upgrade from old console to new console. So, I imagine physical sales will be pretty low.

Well, yeah, but it had a upgrade program that offered the game at the half of the price, so some could argue that this happended there too.

I'm sure there were people who did the DQX upgrade program, but you can see why the FF14 one is more enticing. Especially considering the number of digital users PS3 vs. Wii.
