I'd like to have a relatively nice quality screen for one. The 3DS and even Wii U screen's really don't cut the mustard in this day and age, a decent PPI screen with good color reproduction would be at the top of the list. No more dual screen, I want one big touch panel, if the developer wants to split half the real estate for a map or whatever, that's their choice, but I want developers to be able to use the full screen real estate for the main game action and not have it awkwardly divided in two. 

I suspect the next Nintendo handheld will have close to Wii U visuals, only a lower res (960x540?), but that's fine with me. I think this would be a smart way to go because it would let them port over Wii U projects that a lot of people aren't going to get a chance to play. 

And I'd like a much better Virtual Console service from day 1 ... none of this "trickle down" nonsense, I want a good variety of games from all of Nintendo's past platforms available from day 1.
