COD, KH3, FF15 etc. Microsoft have already said they cant fit all their Exclusive stuff into their 90 min show. I thought generally speaking E3 conference was to show stuff you could ONLY get on PS/XB/Wiiu? |
Every E3 conference from Sony and Microsoft over the last 4 or 5 Years, as far as I can remember, have been filled with 3rd party content. EA, Ubisoft or Activision are usually always present at one of the PlayStation or Xbox conferences, even sometimes popping in to say "Hello!" at a Nintendo conference.
What they will be showing off from 3rd parties will be "exclusive" Indie titles and exclusive content for 3rd party titles.
I fully expect the Sony conference to feature Destiny, Assassin's Creed Unity, Metal Gear Solid 5 and Final Fantasy and/or Kingdom Hearts. On top of this, we are probably gonna see Hotline Miami 2, Minecraft and other Indie titles.
From Sony Im expecting to see Uncharted, The Order 1886, DriveClub and The Last Guardian. Additional reveals from Santa Monica, Media Molecule, Guerrilla Games and Polyphony Digital. SSM are rumored to be working on a new IP though I think its up in the air after layoffs. Media Molecule are probably working on LBP3. Guerrilla Games are working on a new IP, rumored to be an RPG. Polyphony Digital are probably working on GT7: Prologue. On top of all this, Im expecting to see Quantic Dreams PS4 game.
There will be plenty of exclusive stuff at E3, but dont expect a new generation of consoles to bring a new generation of E3. Its gonna be the same old shows - 3rd party pandering, 1st party surprises, lots of talk on sales and media features.
