Well SEGA kinda did it back in the day. MS kinda do it sporadically and Sony have their Online studios that put out PC games, and from the sound of things you may be able to stream Sony exclusive to all platforms. So it's not something that couldn't happen and as a PC gamer it is something I would like to see more of. But TBH I don't really see it happening too much.
