Well it wouldn't make much sense in the US for another ten years.  Google fiber (ultra fast and no data caps) is expanding very slowly. 

I assume that is because its pricy? Its reasonably cheap here because we have 5/6 competing competitors plus i didn't even know what datacaps were before speaking americans

It's not really that pricey top package is a bit less then $100US a month Google is just not that interested in expanding it fast.
