Has Nintendo confirmed they will go on stage to host a conventional presentation at E3?

I hope they do, they missed a great opportunity last year to show the great games that were coming on the WiiU and I think they lost a bunch of hype by not going. With the whole xbox one fiasco last year it would have been easy for Nintendo to make an excellent presentation and move loads of consoles.
