The audience also didn't feel the need for a reboot so soon after SM3...
Also Captain America: the Winter Soldier is releasing a month before.. but I think X-men will be hurt the most cause it may lead to Superhero-fatigue with CA, SM and the X-men releasing within 2 months for the more casual audience..
