Yes easily.

Yoshi's Island DS sold 2.72m, Yoshi's Island GBA Remake 2.91m. Even Yoshi's Story on N64 sold about 2.8m. This game won't really get influenced by review scores and will be a long steady seller. I'd say anything below 2m at the end of it's lifetime is disappointing.
