Don Mattrick is gone. Kinect was his baby so I'd expect a unbundling in 2015 possibly. It is VERY possible to change your philosophy in a month. It is called adapting to market conditions. But its been almost a year......that is like several months. Plenty extra time then one measely month.

Side question: MS was never trusted in gaming. They stopped Xbox after 4 years and RROD.....and this is what makes you distrust them? Long story short......MS is simply learning as they go.

MS doesn't live in a Vacuum, they have 30 something years of history to learn from, not to mention the 10 they were involved in.
