Why in the hell not, as in any market if there is enough demand it will be satisfied. As with PS2 selling 150m which seemed impossible at that time 200m might seem impossible now yet might be done this gen. Also your numbers are fad sales inflated, add the fact last gen was one of of the worst for devs with the market to fragmented. One clear winner even with lower over all sales is far better for the industry.
3rd prties dont care about 3 consoles, they rather focus on two even if it limites their over user base to sale to... yet they do it as it makes more sense, even wiis huge user base was an after thought to most devs.
