I dont think people who want a playstation care about security breaches 
(get it... because of the PSN hack). Thus it wouldnt bother them picking up at Target.
Also, like I said. It was an organized thing. They had ads the week before ready to send out notifying Ps4s availbilty. Emails were sent to hold ps4s for that week if stores recieved them early. But even when I say massive shipments I do mean relative to target. Im pretty sure they are dwarfed by Gamestop or so.
