victory lane (plural victory lanes)

1. (auto racing) The place where the winner of a motor race goes to celebrate victory after an event.

That makes more sence, I was thinking it ment a certain lane of the course that if you stayed in it you had a better chance of victory. I still dont like it but if they do decide on this it wont stop me getting it, I Think Mario Kart Wii is more likely thou as it has both the Mario Kart and Wii brands in one.
