In the form of Nintendo collaborations (Japanese devs). Lego City Undercover, Sonic Lost Worlds, SMT X FE, Hyrule Warriors etc

half those games you listed arent 3rd party and if the Wii U continues to sell the way it is, it might not even get those.

Dude, you should really calm down a bit. You've been riding the Nintendoom train pretty hard lately, don't you think?

It's fairly obvious what he meant, was that ALL the games he listed were collaborations with third party studios. Lego City was made by TT, SMT x FE is a co-development between Intelligent Systems and Atlus. And Hyrule Warriors is being developed pretty much entirely by the regular Dynasty Warriors team. And yes, SMT x FE and Hyrule Warriors are going to come out, there's no reason for them not to. Wii U is not in quite the dire straights that some of you seem to want to believe. Things aren't great, but they're not "Well guys, it's time to just flat out drop the fuckin' system" bad either.

Things WILL improve when Mario Kart and later Smash Bros. come out. That isn't a question. The only question is just how much of an impact they will have.

@thread
Also, I'd just like to say that I think it's kinda humorous people talking about Wii U as if it isn't "8th gen". I thought it was clarified a long time ago that raw system stats do not determine what generation a piece of hardware is part of. And beyond that point, Wii U is still pretty powerful in it's own right. No one is debating that PS4 has stronger hardware. But if PS360 games could be downported to Wii, then there really isn't all that much room to claim Wii U couldn't do scaled versionsof PS4/Xbone games.
