In the form of Nintendo collaborations (Japanese devs). Lego City Undercover, Sonic Lost Worlds, SMT X FE, Hyrule Warriors etc

half those games you listed arent 3rd party and if the Wii U continues to sell the way it is, it might not even get those.

 

Why not? These are collaborations with Nintendo (aka funded  by nintendo) - you don't make any sense

then that wouldnt make them 3rd party would it? It would make them 2nd party, especially since some of them are Ninty's own IPs
