I think Wonder Red should've been on this list, although maybe that isn't really a "realistic" suggestion :(
Anyways, I don't really think any of these characters are interesting or unique enough to be full blown characters...I could see all of them as assist trophies though. Medusa could work but I don't really think KIU needs three representatives (Palutena would be the obvious second choice after Pit).
I will be waiting for the rest of your list ^.^
