Absolutely could not see the point of playing this game with the Pro Controller. The Gamepad is not that big and heavy and I have never had issues with heat or interference.
Windwaker is one of the few games where I think the pad is used really well and subtly streamlines the gameplay from the original and having to shift attention between two controllers would, for me, negate most of that advantage.
