There is far more competition on the ps4 compared to the PS3's launch. COD and Battlefield have eaten into Killzone's market and are either hot on its heels (BF4) or outselling it (COD). There are plenty more competitive fps for PS4 players to choose from then there were for PS4. Resistance also sold its numbers because it was the only well received ps3 exclusive for about 11months (up until Uncharted). Infamous is right around the corner and will probably steal the spotlight.

Yes, but Killzone is also already at 2.1 million sold to consumers.

At its current rate of 35k a week plus holiday sales it'd reach 4 million by the end of the year. Infamous isn't a shooter so it shouldn't affect Killzone weekly sales that much.
