Why do Germany still tries to cover their past? (Assuming that unconstitucional symbol is what I think it is). Why can't they just, move on? Seriously, this makes no sense.
Britain or Spain did much more damage in previous eras, and no one tries to hide those things from the public. Germans are oversensitive with these things.

They don't try to cover the past, they try to make it difficult to be glorified.

Even if the depiction of the symbols are to be mocked and not glorified? It's South Park what we're talking about here.

I am sure there are ways to get it acnowledged as artistic expression, but that would be up to the makers of the game to take care of that before they try to release the game.
“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”
