That last line is pretty darn rude.  I would get written up if I said something like that to a customer at work.  The same guy also said, "I hate posting anything Bayonetta 2 on our Facebook. Not because I hate Bayonetta 2, but because I hate the pedantic port-begging," which is rude as hell.

It's not rude at all, you'd have to be hyper-sensitive to get offended by that.

As for the comment about port-begging, I don't blame them; these guys are only human, and they've been getting harrassed by morons who can't get it through their heads for over a year now. I'd lose patience as well.
