Casuals are not faithful clients, you cant count on them long term, is like producing a boy band or one of those disney girls, the audience will consume it with obsesion and quickly move on, the problem is nintendo can produce the next Selena Gomez (Wii sports) as fast as disney can, so they moved on to a Justin Beiver (social network games/ smartphones). Had they maintained their Jazz (More metroid), Blues fanbase (F-zeros), they would have something to count on now.
