Nope there is just one thing that can save it and that is for Nintendo to bring out some games that actually make really good use of the gamepad and makes people want it.
Wii-U right know is like the Wii without any motion controlled game.
Also the way Wii-U is tracking now it isn't even going to make it to Gamecube level sales.
