I noticed now that the PS3 version of Rayman has overtaken the WiiU version, after a worse start.

I wouldn't call that "legs", in any of those cases. Especially AC, since it released very late in 2013. We're looking at maybe 2k sold per week in 2014 on average? Which will likely drop as the year goes on, but might rise again slightly with the holidays. That would be about 100k for each in 2014. Again, I wouldn't call that legs.

It only makes sense that it should outsell the Wii U. There are roughly 80 million people with PS3's out there as opposed to the 5 and a half million Wii U's. It damn well better out sell the Wii U.

Agreed. Doesn't change what I said though.

Still, PS4X1 launch titles even outsold the WiiU multiplats by at least 5 in most cases. You were then looking at a userbase of 0 to a million vs. 5m

Not to mention the fact that the PS4 and Wii U are currently tied for million sellers, and all five of the Wii U's million sellers are 1st party titles (one PS4 million seller is Sony published) and the top ten best selling titles house 9 titles that are Nintendo developed or published, the odd man out is Ubisoft's ZombiU. Nintendo home consoles are highly inferior at selling 3rd party software, I just don't understand why anyone still bothers to even try to argue that any longer.

There really is no mystery surrounding why most developers don't prioritize Nintendo home consoles.
