This just goes to show you how unpredictable this whole thing can be. No one rejected Wii to do what it did. No one expected PS3 to "fail" the way it did at launch. No one expected PS3 to make the push it did near the generation's end. And no one expected WiiU to fall back as much as it has or the PS4 to take off the way it has. Before any of these things came to fruition any person who'd make such predictions would be labeled delusional fanboys by opposing fronts.
