Trophies/achievements are so arbitrary their hardly an objective reflection of one's skill.

They are annoying, distracting, and can ruin an immersive gaming experience.

 

I bet you wouldn't be saying that if the Wii U came with it but since it didn't it must obviously achievements are terrible and annoying, right?
