No! WiiU need exclusives!
Exclusives force people to buy a console/handheld to play that game.
If DKTF comes to 3DS people will not need to buy a WiiU because 3DS have a better library of games.3DS will canibalize WiiU.
It's the Vita's problem!
Sony and third parties released a lot of games for PSvita/PS3 but most people already have a PS3.So why buy a Vita? and people that don't have a PS3 will choose the PS3 instead VITA because PS3 have a better and bigger Library of games.
