Rayman Legends has an enormous amount of content. Its what happens when you stop focusing on graphics and focus on everything else. They could easily have it run at 120 fps with new higher res images and it would do absolutely very little to help the games quality.
Wipeout HD is a good example of this as well. It was 1080p 60 fps on PS3 and had all the tracks and content from the older games, on top of that it was free as well.
