On the other hand developers should actually test games, DLC and patches thoroughly before theyre put onto the market.
Its not something that can be fixed by one party alone. You cant just expect every consumer to do research on every piece of software they fancy. If someone is spending good money on a product they want it to be either worth the cost or in some cases, actually working as it should be.
