That may be true. But it is an also an objective fact that Xbox One has not W.W. While this may be countered with they already launched in all meaningful regions(subjective) or rather all markets for which they made the majority of their xbox profits.(objective).
There is no counter to the fact that Kinect Voice Recognition, doesn't work for the majority of spoken languages, and not even all the various accents of english yet, not to mention it doesn't work in Mandarin. Since Microsoft themselves touted the Kinect as integral to the XB1 platform, how could they not have finished with its language recognition. Even if it is software, its inherent to the functioning of the Kinect. It would be like releasing the PS4 without the ability for the console to recognize controller input.
Even the day 1 patch is excusable, regarding the circumstances but about 3 months and still no sign of Kinect or Xbox World Wide.
