You are aware that subjective opinion has no place masquerading as fact. The main objective feature of the ps4's gui that is a step backwards is the lack of custom themes, which is a simple change in hardware.
Furthermore, I could replace every mention of ps4 for xb1 and it would still hold, except for the fact it being in more markets and promoted as the gaming centric console.
