I don't think so. It seems the hardware is already pretty streamlined meaning reduction of costs of goods is a lot harder. Then you consider almost 1/2 of this cost is the gamepad which seems less likely to also dramatically come down.
I think Nintendo pigeon-holed themselves in terms of pricing.
