Awesome idea for NFC toys for Smash Bros and Mario Kart

BUT DO NOT prevent people from having it unless they buy some crap toys. That would completely be oppsosite of Nintendos philosophy. 

Just let people buy the toys if they want and as a little bonus help them to unlock stuff in Smash  but dont make a toy a requirement for ingame features.

Add a PAINT mode for the Smash costumes if you want more colors. 

I like the bolded idea. Give people the full game like they always have, but for those that aren't patient or skilled enough to unlock everything through the game, they can pay their way toward it + collect a cool figurine. But don't hold out any content on those of us who only want to buy the game.
