What can Nintendo do?

One major issue is that many of Nintendos games don't cater for a large enough audience anymore.
They need to bring in new IPs that work in this age and let the old ones retire. People want CoD, not Mario. They want Skyrim, not Zelda etc.
So Nintendo need to adapt or they will die out.
