Pay devs to release games on the u, not likely to happen so get rid of any costs take 0 cut on games until they pass lets say 500k. Entice them to release wiiu versions.
Buy some devs, but some ips buy some fucking new games.
Get rid of the damn pad, make a base basic core Wiiu $249 (199 if possible) with regular controller. Make pad one an elite version with a good game packed in $299 (249)
LEARN for your fucks ups, learn from the competition.
Make games the market wants, not ones you think they should want. How the hell do they not have a FPS and TPS in this day and age is just stupid. They don't have to be crazy bloody gore, but make some games in the genres that are dominating the current market.
