I feel I should point out the following to fence sitters:
Out Now:
-Wonderful 101
-Pikmin 3
-Wind Waker HD
-Super Mario 3D World
-New Super Mario/Luigi U
-Nintendo Land (honestly, it really is a helluva lot of fun)
Coming This Year:
-Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze
-Mario Kart 8
-Bayonetta 2
-X
-Super Smash Bros
There's plenty of 'real' games on the Wii U (and I'm not counting non-exclusives here) that are excellent and well worth your time, money and attention.
If you enjoyed Bayonetta, buy a Wii U and play the sequel. Nintendo owns the rights to the game, you will NOT get it, EVER, on Playstation or Xbox.
