Whattttt???? Did you forget 2007? You couldn't get a wii anywhere! My friend work at gamestop selling wii's for $350. They couldn't be found, both ps4+wii were/are very impressive. You cant say  wii wasnt as supply restraint cuz they werent onn store shelfs for months! (i mean staying on the shelfs for long!)

PS4 supply : Less than 300k

Wii supply : More than 400k

 

So yes, i can say PS4 is more supply constrained because there is less supply
