Doing stupid stuff just so that the game can be long. Really annoyed me in bioshock infinite.
Also when the person you're playing as does stuff you wouldn't do. Again annoyed me in bioshock infinite. I'm not Booker, but the game needs to make me at least understand him.
Another thing is when cut-scenes are nothing like gameplay. In gameplay you're a badass killing everything, but all of a sudden in a cut-scene just one enemy is too much for you to handle.
Also when the game just starts making stuff up to appear fancy and deep. Again, I'm looking at you infinite.
