I'd be ok if third parties released versions for the Wii U that are on par with every other release of the same game ie: same content little to no glitches on the e-shop. Sell the games the same way steam sells them on steam. Start off high and have good sales. Nintendo needs to make their next console play these games with no effort from the publishers though. Full backward compatibility without having to jump into another menu unlike trying to play Wii games on the Wii U
