Wouldn't surprise me one bit if it's 3 mil. All of the major retailers in my area, Walmart, Future Shop, E.B. Games, all have significantly reduced the WiiU's shelf space recently.. What used to be prominent, looks like it's dying a slow death in the stores around here.
