That 1 gig is kinda dodgy tho... you can't use it as addon memory with say an 8gb card or so. If you put a normal memory card in the system you lose access to the built in 1gb. It's just there to allow you play games out of the box and not much more, 1gb in terms of Vita games btw wouldn't cover the patch data for say PSASBR or LBPV.

It's literally just a tiny bit of memory to get you from your first game back to the store to buy a proper card.
