The Xbox One is not going to get a massive bump when it releases in other territories - they are small and already Sony dominated anyway. You also don't seem to have taken Japan into account at all.
'If it had the advantage PS4 has they would be close in sales despite the Xbox One being 20% more expensive' - but it does have those advantages, like the Xbox has some too. What's the point of talking hypothetically, the situation is what it is and can't be changed now. Their both gonna sell fine.
