Yea, well he is the short sided one.  The recenty civil rights violations enacted by his government are new - and probably to create an enemy to exploit to distract from his other problems.  It's ashame, I thought he was supposed to be a good guy.

 The video is about how gangs go targeting gay people in Russia and asalting them now because of the side effects of these kinds of laws.   It's only the beginning and It's very disturbing.   When you dehumanize people, violience always happens.
