My impressions after one week:
- sturdy build, good quality
- it lies comfortably in the hands
- good grip even in portrait mode
- long distance between L + ZL and between R + ZR... switching could be problematic in some games
- is it normal that the front buttons (A, B, X, Y, +, -) rattle while shaking the tablet controller?
- display quality better than expected, resolution and viewing angles are okay
- "TV control" can only control the TV, not the AV-receiver additionally... so no volume control :(
- Nintendo TVii is still useless in Europe
- I would prefer a capacitve touchscreen... much more responsive and allows multi-touch gestures
- the battery life p*ssed me off... i just caved in and ordered the "high capacity battery"
