This excuse by 3rd party developers is just complete bullshit, always has been and always will be. If u don''t make a game for the system to build a said base for future games and also give the system the said support as the other systems, then don't expect people to buy that game. It's just that simple, that is the only reason 3rd party games don't sell on nintendo systems is because they don't respect the gamer's that buy nintendo systems at all or ever have, they look upon them as a red headed step child mind set.
It's not hard to see why for example that the call of duty games haven't sold to what activision wants, is because they don't advertise the game and also don't give the game the dlc, they give nintendo fans the shaft and then wonder why the game doesn't sell, its not rocket science to see why.
